this necklace commission was based around a large golden south sea pearl farmed in far north queensland. the cage construction was developed from my tear drop range. 18ct gold, south sea pearl.

when my clients mother was a little girl she could only count to 4. her father used to ask her ‘how much do you love me?’ and she would reply… 4! this beautiful story has been passed down in the family.this pendant is a gift for my clients boyfriend.

i was recently asked to make necklaces for twins. they decided they both wanted the latitude and longitude of their birthplace, tashkent, uzbekistan. i stamped the cordinates differently on each pendant creating the same…but different. photography: akila berjaoui.
